Supporting and Growing a Community Since 1992.

Yahara Software was founded by Eric Thomas and Kevin Meech.  Later, a third partner, Bob Vanden Burgt was brought on board making a total of three owners, who continue to lead Yahara today.

Yahara Software based its company name on the popular local ecosystem, known as the Yahara Watershed.  The Yahara Watershed system, which encompasses the greater Madison area, supports five major lakes and wetlands that define the community in which we work and play. The natural watershed system with its interdependencies is analogous to the business community in which we serve.

Yahara actively participates in the business community, serving organizational process enhancement needs. Like the watershed, Yahara recognizes that many of these businesses depend on similar core systems and processes for their operational health. We envision, design, build and support the software products that enable businesses to excel in their given service niche.

As in our watershed, Yahara is keenly aware of the need to craft quality solutions that are designed to promote organizational growth while preserving the balance and desirable elements of the business environment.
