Challenge
The Emergency Clinic for Animals (ECA) administers care to a wide variety of animals in need of urgent medical attention and has to collaborate closely with area veterinary clinics for patient history and follow-up care. ECA needed an online system for sharing patient records to replace the existing process, which involved faxing documents to veterinary clinics. The existing process was time-consuming and an administrative hassle. They also wanted a new website for communicating with existing and potential new customers.
Solution
