We use a comprehensive time management package, webShadow, to track and allocate project expenses and to allow for detailed viewing of time spent on a project.  Our status reports originate from the data that is collected from this tool making it easy to follow the progression of your project.  Status reports involve in-depth accounting of project detail to illustrate milestones, show accomplishments, address goals, and depict outstanding issues.  Development teams meet on an as needed basis via the telephone, video conferencing, e-mail, or in person.
